Skills
The skills we are looking for are as follows
developing design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issues;
thinking creatively to produce new ideas;
using innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and client;
multi-tasking: graphic designers often work on more than one design brief at a time;
using a wide range of media, including photography and computer aided design;
producing accurate and high quality work;
contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
keeping abreast of developments in IT, particularly design programs.
working well in a team with website designers and marketing specialists
Creating and developing new and unique designs to represent an idea
Modifying, revising and editing existing design projects as required.
Using various computer programs to generate final projects.

( 3D DESIGNER : ( 1 EMPLOYEE

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

To handle the creative department and fulfill our customers’ needs mastering graphics, 3D designs and animations to cover all the client’s needs in reasonable time and with high quality distinguishing every job from another but every effort to be creative.

RESPONSIBILITIES , skills requirements

- Designs, creates and provides aesthetic advice to internal or client’s presentations
- Able to design 3D stands in all sizes and create a complete environment.
- Able to work in managing projects/deadlines and producing compelling, photorealistic 3D renderings, animation and photo composites for our clients that engage, attract and sell.
- Brainstorms with the team, tidies information and conceptualizes ideas
- Debriefs on every end of project and receives feedback for improvement
- Produces illustrations for products whenever necessary.

- At least 5 years’ experience in Multimedia Design
- Proven ability to work independently to photo composite, model, animate and render highly realistic environments.
Expert level with 3D Max , Maya, Mental Ray render and texturing

Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere, Adobe Flash a plus
Good judgment of animation speed and good sense of rhythm.
Good sense of color
Drawing skills will be a plus
Must be creative, resourceful, innovative and pro-active

with an experience that is not less than 5 years and Advanced knowledge with:
php /mySQL / JavaScript / is required.

Translating a client's marketing or informational content into a functional website.
Mapping or outlining a website's structural content.
Creating or editing images and graphics for website use.
Determining all coding requirements for site creation including: e-commerce capability, forms and specialized scripts.
Creating templates of approved website layout.
Creating verbal content for the website or using approved content from the client.
Integrating verbal content with site design for final product.
Posting completed site to internet server using FTP software.
Making changes to the site directed by client.

Strong command of cross-browser and cross-platform functional inconsistencies and workarounds, and ability to code for cross-platform/browser requirements, enabling graceful degradation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Present and sell company services to current and potential clients.
